Survival Retreat Consulting is a firm established in 2006 that helps clients acquire and retrofit rural property creating a balanced approach to managing lifestyle, life safety and asset protection.

Our team is experienced in scouting, identifying, and evaluating rural locations throughout the country. From vacant land, RV set ups, cabins, farmsteads, custom ballistic rated homes and bunkers our client base spans the economic spectrum.

We offer both in-house and affiliate real estate brokerage services to represent our clients. Once the property acquisition process is successfully completed, our team commences the final analysis phase to ensure sustainability and defensive retrofits of the property's grounds and structures. Our expertise enables us to facilitate the design and construction of ballistic-rated homes and bunkers, off-grid backup or primary power production with solar or hydropower as well as fully integrated year-round food production and storage systems.

We are a team of highly skilled professionals who are passionate about ensuring the safety and security of our clients. The SRC team can also provide tactical and medical training that is tailored to match each client's specific threat level. We conduct training on private ranges across the Pacific Northwest or at a client's new property, ensuring the highest level of Operational Security (OPSEC).
